Cathy Bone - Director

"I have served in congregational leadership roles for over 25 years in the areas of leadership formation, retreats, youth and children's ministry, pastoral care, curriculum writing, and chaplaincy.

With my life companion, we have served congregations of the United Church of Canada in Carmanville Newfoundland (good cod, majestic icebergs), East York Toronto (when it was called East York, Canada's last Borough!), Duncan on Vancouver Island (rainforest hiking is glorious), and we now reside in Ladner, BC (beautiful fishing and farming village).

I am from Moncton, New Brunswick, educated at Harrison Trimble High School, Mount Allison University, Queen's University and Emmanuel College of Toronto School of Theology. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Religious Education and a Masters of Religious Education.

I am particularly drawn to experiential learning and the connections between art and theology, and healing.
