Additional Fees Information*
Health Insurance
Students must show upon registration that adequate hospital and medical
insurance has been obtained. Students not already covered, or students
from outside British Columbia, should obtain information from the BC
Medical Services Plan office.
Sample Budgets
The following sample budgets are intended to aid you in estimating your
expenses over the eight-month school year. They are simply estimates.
For more information on housing options, please refer to the Housing
section of this site.
The following assumptions are built into each of the sample
budgets:
[1] The student would have a job for the
four summer months OFF CAMPUS which would sustain the student (and family
if applicable) completely and provide some savings toward the following
school year.
[2] The figures shown are a bare minimum
and do NOT allow for emergencies.
[3] Please note that all budgets are for an eight-month
academic year (September-April).
