Early Arrival in Residence for Fall Session
(August 1 – 31, 2007 inclusive)

Eligibility
Early arrival housing will only be assigned to students who already have an accepted housing contract at VST for the September 1, 2007 – April 30, 2008 term.
Note: Although the VST Housing Office will attempt to place you in your September assignment apartment, your Early Arrival Residence may be a different unit. In this case you must be prepared to move on August 31 or September 1 into your assigned Fall term housing.

Rates
Early Arrival Residence: Aug 1 – 31 (whole month)
Rate will be at the regular monthly rent for the Fall Session (See Housing website rates)

Early Arrival Residence: Aug 16 – 31 ( 1 – 15 days)

Quad Single room:	$35.00/night
Studio Single room:	$40.00/night
1 or 2 Bedroom:	$45.00/night
