Linens are provided in all suites. Coin-operated laundry machines are available for guest use. Food service is available at the coffee shop in the Iona Building, 8am - 1pm weekdays (coffee, tea, juices, snacks). Full meals can be purchased in the UBC Student Union Building (a five-minute walk) or at any of the several campus restaurants and cafeterias.

Smoking is not permitted in any VST building. Pets are not permitted with the exception of certified service dogs for the disabled.

Payment

Payment will be processed on your arrival or on Friday for weekend check-ins via the credit card that you provide when you make your reservation, unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit, exact cash in Canadian currency, or cheque.

Vancouver School of Theology and the hotel are located at 6000 Iona Drive Vancouver, BC V6T 1L4 on the campus of the University of British Columbia.

Group bookings

Group bookings may be made by contacting the Hotel Office. A non-refundable deposit may be required in advance to secure multiple bookings.

Check-in

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Please see your hotel reservation confirmation email for check-in instructions after office hours. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Cancellation policy

Rooms are subject to a one-night charge if cancellation is received within 48 business hours of arrival date.
