Tickets are going quickly for our upcoming Chancellor’s Dinner on Wednesday, March 13th. This year, we are delighted that SHELAGH ROGERS, OC, will be our guest speaker. As a CBC host, commentator and producer, Ms. Rogers is one of the most highly esteemed figures in Canadian culture, and we are thrilled that she has agreed to be our guest speaker that evening. The 2013 Chancellor’s Dinner theme will focus on our valued partnership with the First Nations community through the work of the VST Indigenous Studies Centre, and in particular our interest and support for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada currently underway. Ms. Rogers has been appointed an Honorary Witness to the Commission and it is in this capacity that she will be addressing the guests of the Chancellor’s Dinner.
This year the Chancellor’s Dinner will feature a fabulous live auction, including the following prizes – so come prepared! Many thanks to our generous donors who have contributed to our 2013 auction.
