Rent
During the 2010-2011 academic term, the following rates apply:
Quad Apartments
• Open to qualifying single applicants, 20 years or older — $680 per month.
Studio Apartments
• Open to qualifying single applicants, 20 years or older — $800 per month.
One-bedroom Apartments
• Open to qualifying single applicants or couples, 20 years or older — $980 per month.
One-bedroom + Den Apartment
• Open to qualifying single applicants or couples, 20 years or older — $1100 per month.
Two-bedroom Apartments
• Open to qualifying applicants, 20 years or older — $1240 per month (rates for 2 single students sharing are $650 per person per month).
Three-bedroom Apartments
• Open to qualifying families (max. 2 adults & 2 children) — $1510 per month.
Note: Rates for 3 single students sharing are $680 per person per month.
Parking
• Underground parking is available at a charge of $55 per month.
Summer Rates (2010)
