THINKING BOWEN FAMILY SYSTEMS: A COURSE IN LEADERSHIP
May 10-11 and June 1 at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Chilliwack
Friday 6-9pm Saturday 9am-4pm
Thinking Bowen Family Systems is a 15-hour course that will introduce participants to the basic concepts of Bowen Systems Theory and their application to understanding relationships in the family, the workplace, the church and the organization. This course can be taken for academic credit at the Basic Degree level, for Certificate credit as a part of VST’s Certificate in Theological Studies, or may be audited without credit. It is also appropriate for Continuing Education for ordained ministers and others in helping roles such as health professionals and social workers. Anyone interested in a systemic perspective on family, church or organization may attend. This course is directed to participants holding a minimum of a Bachelor degree. Those who do not have the credential and wish to attend should speak with the instructor.
